30ml Chivas Regal 18

20ml Lillet Blanc

10ml Yuzu Dry Curacao

5ml Verjus

When stirring short cocktails with ice, only stir until the outside of the mixing glass feels cold – any further stirring will dilute the drink.

STEP 1

Add all ingredients to a mixing glass packed full of ice

STEP 2

Stir until cool

STEP 3

Strain into a martini glass

STEP 4
