The Negroni is famed for its bitter yet refreshing profile, laced with aromatic citrus. When balanced with the velvety dark chocolate notes of Chivas Regal 18 Year Old, our Scotch Negroni makes for the smoothest blend of Scottish and Italian flavours.

Chivas Rosso
35ml Chivas Regal 18
25ml Vermouth Rosso
15ml Italian Bitter Rosso
Only stir until the outside of the mixing glass feels cold – any further stirring will dilute the drink.
Add all ingredients to a mixing glass filled with ice.
Stir until cold.
Strain into a martini glass.
