50ml Chivas 18
2 dashes Angostura Bitters
5ml Sugar Syrup
Orange Zest, to garnish
Whisky Old Fashioneds are easy to adapt – just swap the sugar syrup for a flavoured syrup of your choice to find your perfect variation.
Add all ingredients to a mixing glass and stir with ice for approximately 20 seconds
Strain into a rocks glass with a large block of ice
Garnish with orange zest and serve
