Sangria may call for wine, but ours reigns with a whisky twist in the form of Chivas Regal Extra Sherry Cask Selection*. With the influence of Oloroso sherry casks, the whisky brings rich Mediterranean depth to this cocktail, and a splash of soda lightens the richness.

60ml Chivas Extra Sherry Cask

20ml Campo Viejo Rioja

30ml Lemon Juice

20ml Sugar Syrup

ml Soda Water

ml Orange Wedge, to garnish

PRO TIP

Use large cubes of ice (or one long cube) rather than crushed ice to keep your Extra Sangria drink cold without over-diluting it

STEP 1

Add all ingredients in a glass and stir gently

STEP 2

Fill the glass to the top with ice

STEP 3

Garnish with orange wedge and serve
