50ml Chivas 12
100ml Pineapple Juice
50ml Soda Water
Pineapple Wedge, top garnish
Use large cubes of ice (or one long cube) rather than crushed ice to keep your highball cool without over diluting it
Add all ingredients to a highball glass filled to the top with ice
Give a small stir
Garnish with a pineapple wedge and serve
WHY IS IT CALLED A
