50ml Chivas Extra Rum Cask
30ml Pineapple Juice
25ml Lime Juice
20ml Sweet Coconut Cream
Pineapple Slice & Mint, to garnish
Shaking this whisky cocktail together with ice is crucial in breaking down the enzymes of the pineapple juice for a smoother drink
Add all ingredients into a cocktail shaker and shake with ice for approximately 10 seconds
Strain into a tall glass with ice
Garnish with a pineapple slice and mint and serve
